Hello

My name is David McLearen and I have been working with reptiles since I was around 8. as a kid I would catch wild snakes and lizards all the time. my parents would only let me keep one or two at a time. So I would keep one until another would come along then I would release one to keep one. I think this had a positive affect on my learning how and what I needed to do to keep a variety of animals. as I grew older my love for reptiles grew. though I was still a normal teenager I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life, indeed I considered my options and worked here and there all the way from working in an ice plant to wall mart to TDCJ. I hated working for some one else I hated being told what and when I had to do and be. I wished I could just make my passion for the animals my life. So now here I am I have been successfully breeding corn snakes for around 4 years now and this will be the first year with ball pythons.

I believe that you should get to know the people who you are receiving your animals from and so often in this hobby sellers just seem to want your money and the animals come second. I encourage you to call or e-mail me any time with any question or just to talk herp.
